Packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi for a high-integrity seal. In welded bonnet versions, the bonnet is threaded and torqued to a precise value, with a strength-welded body-bonnet joint for dual leakage protection. The fully guided wedge minimizes wear on seating surfaces. Optional features include double packing, a leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout for easy maintenance.
