The Orbit Ball Valve Stem features a unique combination of rotational and lifting motions, ensuring smooth operation. When subjected to high pressures of up to Class 2500 LB, the valve generates significant torque. However, our customers demand low torque, exceptional high-pressure sealing, and reliable performance even under fluctuating high and low temperatures.
To address these requirements, we have designed the valve stem with an upper and lower V-shaped structure. This innovative design reduces friction while maintaining adequate sealing stress. Additionally, we have reinforced the graphite material to enhance its strength and buffering capabilities, ensuring consistent performance under demanding conditions.
