The foam bladder tank consists of a steel foam tank, an internal bladder (capsule), a pressure-type foam proportioner, water inlet piping, a safety valve, control valves, and auxiliary components. When pressurized water flows through the proportioner, it is divided according to the preset ratio. A portion of the water enters the space between the tank shell and the bladder, compressing the bladder and forcing the foam concentrate out. The foam concentrate is automatically mixed with water at a ratio of 3% or 6% to form a foam solution. The foam solution is supplied to foam-generating equipment such as foam chambers, foam nozzles, or fire monitors to produce firefighting foam for fire suppression.
