Forged Steel Gate Valves are engineered and produced in strict adherence to international standards such as API 602, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202, or equivalent. These valves boast a compact yet extremely robust design, making them ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. The optional solid CoCr alloy wedge ensures low friction and extended service life. The packing rings are precompressed to 4000 psi, providing a highly reliable seal. For welded bonnet valves, the bonnet is threaded in and torqued to a precisely engineered torque value, with the body-bonnet joint further secured by strength welding. This dual protection mechanism (body, bonnet threads, and strength weld) effectively guards against leakage. The fully guided wedge design minimizes wear on seating surfaces. Additionally, optional features include double packing, leak-off connection, live-loading, and a packing blowout mechanism for easy removal of old packing.
