PE-RT plastic pipes have unique advantages as described below:

1. Good stability and long-term pressure-resistant property. Good homogeneity, stable performance and good creep resistance capacity, ensuring up to 50 years of service life under hot water heating system.

2. Good impact resistance property and high security. The minimum brittleness temperature can reach -70°C, thus allowing the transportation and operation at low temperature. The resistance against external force is far stronger than those pipes made of other materials, helping to prevent system damage caused by uncareful operation.

3. Excellent flexibility. PE-RT plastic pipes are easy to bend, contributing to easy operation. Small bending radius while no bounce back after bending. The stress applied in the bending section will disappear soon, preventing the damage of the bending section due to concentrated stress during operation. There is no need to pre-heat PE-RT plastic pipes because it can be used at low temperature, thus helping easy operation and cost reduction.

4. Easy repair by hot melt connection. Easy installation, easy repair, uncomplicated installation works, low maintenance cost and relatively high comprehensive cost-performance ratio. In case of damage to radiant floor heating piping system due to external force, hot melt method can be adopted to repair the damaged piping system in an easy and safe way, without having to replace all heating pipes.
