First of all, the purpose of the counterweight block is to relieve the pressure of the two rollers on the left side of the rotating bar against the fabric, but not to exceed their gravity, so that in the free state the tensioning  mechanism will rotate in the direction of the two rollers.
 
 
(1) When the fabric roll begins to discharge, because the discharge speed is greater than the production feed speed, so the fabric will begin to loosen, and the roller on the left side of the rotating rod began to fall due to gravity, until the induction plate is detected by the sensor, then the fabric roll drive motor stops, in this process, the fabric has remained tense state.
 
(2) When the drive motor stops rotating, the feeding will make the fabric tighter and tighter, which will pull the roller on the left side of the rotating rod gradually upward, until the induction plate is detected by the sensor above, the fabric roll begins to discharge.
 
3) Repeat the above process.
 
Above, that's how the tension mechanism works. Then we can see in the picture above that there is also a hard limit block, which is used to support the swivel bar when the fabric holder corresponding to the tensioning mechanism is not in use, which is the following state.
 
Finally, with regard to the tightening up of institutions, there is one more point of doubt that one might have.
 
Why does it have to be tensioned mechanism, is it possible to remove it N95 automatic mask machine
First of all, if there is no tensioning mechanism, the fabric roll needs to be directly connected to the subsequent process, and in that case, the following problems are to be solved.
(1) In order to avoid the emergence of fabric too tight or too loose, the need to match the speed before and after, although the production speed of the process is a certain, you can match the rotating speed of the fabric roll and the process, but the diameter of the fabric roll is not necessarily, when the diameter changes, the discharge speed will also change, so it is very difficult to do the discharge and feeding speed match.
 
Thus, it is possible to see the role of the tensioning mechanism N95 automatic mask machine : when there is a shortage of material, it can be detected in time and then discharge; when the discharge reaches a certain length, it can also be detected in time and then stop the discharge.

 We all know that N95 masks are not like disposable masks, you can use the fold to wrap the nose line into it, so for N95 masks, only the outermost fabric from the top, and then insert the nose line from between the fabric. That's why there's a layer of fabric that goes over it.

1. The outermost layer and other fabrics, respectively, follow the path in the figure above into the embossing mechanism.
2.While the fabric is entering the embossing mechanism, the nose line loading mechanism pushes the nose line into the fabric.

1.Feeding mechanism

The mechanism is designed to press several layers of fabric together, and the principle is actually this: the corrugated handle is screwed down, and then the slider is spring-loaded.
First of all, let's look at the contact between the connecting shaft and the fixing block: there is a slot in the connecting shaft that snaps into the fixing block, so that when the connecting shaft is rotated, it also has a lifting action.
The reason for this is to make it easy to put the fabric between the two rollers when changing rolls: just rotate the handle bar and the top rollers will rise up and put the fabric directly in.
