Application: Used for transporting low pressure liquid, gas and heating.
OD: 21.3mm - 406.4mm.
WT: 0.5mm - 20mm.
LENGTH: 0.3 - 18 mtrs, Ramdon Length, Fixed Length, SRL, DRL.
Standard and Grade: GB/T 3091 Q195, Q215, Q235, Q345, ASTM A53, BS 1387, JIS G3444 STK400, JIS G3444 STK500, EN 39, EN 1139 S235JR, S275JR, EN 10025, EN 10219.
Pipe Type: Seamless & Welded Steel Pipe (Round, Square, Rectangular).
End: Square Cut, Threaded, Burr Removed.
Zinc Coating: 120-500 g/m2 （30um-70um).
Packing: Steel Strips bundled, Plastic Caps plugged, Waterproof Paper wrapped etc.
Hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) is the process of coating iron, steel or ferrous materials with a layer of zinc. This done by passing the metal through molten zinc at a temperature of 860°F (460°C) to form zinc carbonate (ZNC03). Zinc carbonate is a strong material that protects steel and can prevent corrosion in many circumstances. Hot-dip galvanizing can be carried out cheaply and in large batches.
