Our packing is crafted from continuous 100% aramid fibres, renowned for their exceptional strength and durability. Each individual yarn undergoes a meticulous impregnation process with PTFE, utilizing our proprietary "Filcoat" technology. This ensures uniform coating and enhanced performance. Following this, the yarns are re-impregnated with a blend of PTFE and an inert, food-grade lubricant during the braiding stage. This dual-impregnation process results in a packing material that offers superior mechanical performance and reliability. Available in preformed packing rings upon request, our 100% aramid packing fibres deliver very high mechanical performance, making them ideal for demanding applications.
