Application: 3PP steel pipes are corrosion-resistant pipes coated with three layers of polypropylene—epoxy primer, adhesive copolymer, and polypropylene top layer. This coating system provides excellent resistance to mechanical damage, chemical corrosion, and high temperatures (up to 110°C). Primarily used in harsh environments such as subsea pipelines, chemical transportation, and high-temperature industrial applications, 3PP pipes extend pipeline life to 30–50 years while reducing maintenance costs. Coatings are applied via automatic electrostatic spraying, with strict quality control for each layer.
