The Monoflange SBB Ball Valves are engineered to replace traditional multi-valve installations typically used in pressure-measuring systems. These valves feature an integrated forging design for the body, combining the valve body process and instrument piping into a single unit. A high-strength valve cap design prevents the valve stem from blowing out, enhancing safety and reliability. The valves incorporate a needle-shaped design, offering a diverse combination of ball valve and needle valve functionalities. An extended valve body option is available to achieve the required insulation distance. Each valve includes a traceable release port with a plug for added safety and traceability. Quality assurance is ensured through rigorous testing: each valve undergoes a sealing test with 7 MPa nitrogen gas before leaving the factory. Additionally, a sealing test is conducted with 5% nitrogen gas at 1.5 times the rated working pressure to verify performance and reliability.
